Individual Investor's Special Situation Report, which has had very good insights on AXC for a while, believes that Ampex without KM or a royalty settlement would reach the $12 to $15 range within 12 to 18 months. Therefore, you can see the huge potential upside of KM or even patent enfringement settlements against Mitsubishi or others.

From what I'm able to capture from other varied resources, AXC's DCT and DST lines are doing very well. The recent hiring of a new Vp for Sales and Manager of Keepering is also very positive, indicating that they are getting ready for KM to breakout in a big way. Computer sales remain strong and seem to be picking up (September bokk to bill ratio of 0.99). With strong demand computer industry will be forced to continue to try to give us more bang for the buck; this will also most definitely apply to the hard drives that are a part of those computers. With KM providing such a quantum leep in drive storage capacity for a minimal investment, I believe it will be a logical direction for the drive manufacturers to take. Obviously I'm long on AXC because I believe in their management who has an extremely large stake in AXC's shares and as such are tied to the success of this company.
