Wesley, I am not completely sure of the competitive options, but the topic did come up during the last conference call. The marketing guy said they found competition from IBM (small niche) and one other company. The other previous competitiors had either gone out of business or moved into other areas. Leto specifically said back in mid-August that Sedona is history. (he was correct and told us four weeks before Oracle announced it) He also said that Network Imaging is already in talks about 1View being used. He really didn't go into deatils. This was all last month. Oracle has already said they will announce a replacement the week of Sept 22nd at their big trade show. Perhaps this was because of ongoing discussions that they can't divulge information about it or perhaps he didn't want to get investors excited and then have it blow up in his face. Oracle has to do something or they risk letting Sybase back into the market as a serious competitor. Sybase is having their trade show in NY the week of Sept 15th. 1View is being shown as one of the four major plugins available for their 11.5 database. Of the four, only two are currently available (1View is available). They are the storage plugin. The other three handle other options that do not compete. I think Oracle will use 1View. But I am biased and I have a lot of money riding on 1View being a sucess. We will see what happens. You now know everything I do. Jay
