Hi! Barbara, Here is a site on Yahoo that shows some insider activity. I should mention that it does not necessarily mean that an insider will sell the shares my opinion is that it is a requirement that they file in case they wish to sell at some future point in time. JMO! I guess it is never to exciting for shareholders to anticipate that someone intends to sell a large block of shares--but I imagine it somewhat depends how it is done i.e. small amounts at a time without hitting all the bids at a given time? JMO! I am speculating that NYRR will see bettor days ahead ( hopefully by June, 1999?) so it's my feeling if a major shareholder wants out then so be it--let them get out of their NYRR Shares before the good news starts rolling! Assuming there will be good news in the future! JMO! I realize that a million shares does sound like a lot of stock but if one sells it at the .14 cent range it still only equates to around the $14,000. mark!
