Obama gets that but he's also getting advice from folk like Larry Summers who posits that using a vascular surgeon's skill in knowing exactly what to cut out(programs that don't work) and what to rejuvenate(infrastructure) is how to handle this mess.... Actually, we need to not spend that $10 billion and restore fiscal sanity.
