Italiana,it is not uncommon for firms to be hit by the SEC but only a few individuals get named-a boiler room can be temporarily stopped, but
the the hustlers in these "firms" just move on---- the mere fact that this shadowy slimy side of stocks just keeps on rolling along is because by and large the SEC just can't keep up with it---the fact is since the Bull market gang elements are infiltrating--be it jewish, russian, irish, italian, german,or wasps---it just is one of the biggest games in town--we have the right to set out warnings when we see this type of action even if the SEC has not yet acted---what I am
saying, this is where these guys come from this is their background----so Caveat Emptor!
We have people here who were VPs for Euro-Atlantic,Barrington Capital
Liberty Capital and Lexington--they have congregrated at IFLY--so why buy this stock??? Why? And we have a right to present this configuration---I am not short this stock---Auric is,because he specializes in uncovering companies like this, and I am glad he,and people like him do,because they assist in keeping the market place
honest--the paranoia and smearing on these threads against shorters
is I feel the single most AMATEURISHs aspect of SI-the longs always think they are being invaded by some these people-I have run out time.Max
