Derrick,
Thank you for your post 3700. That is exactly the point that I have been trying to unsuccessfully make this past week on this thread. Most small business people understand that some minimal form of financial information is needed to run the business. And, as you said in this post, you would expect that potential investors would want to see these statements before investing in your business.

Now, how many people have ever had to go to a bank to ask for money to run their small business? I would guess that at least 95% have done that at one time or another. What is the very first thing that the bankers ask for? A combination of: (1) a business plan and/or (2) the past 3 years' financial statements and income tax returns.
Now, if you agree so far with this assumption, it is easy to agree that future investors in a publicly-traded stock should also ask for financial information from a company. Isn't this just common sense?
If bankers want to know about a small business' financial operating results before loaning depositors' money, why wouldn't it be reasonable that potential investors ask for at least the same minimum financial history?
I can understand that many on here are saying that only press releases matter. They believe in the company whether or not financial operating history is known. That is fine for them. I like the possibilities for MRPS. But, I want to be able to find out what kind of operating results have been achieved since MRPS has been publicly traded. Why is this too much to ask?
