It sounds like they sold a few thousand shares each... the VP selling 3206 shares doesn't sound noteworthy. Maybe he bought a new Caddie or something. If they start dumping millions of shares, then I'd be very concerned so if you see any more insider trading, please keep up posted. Thanks.
