Prediction for 2007 Dow down 10 to 15%

last years 2006 prediction was a great call and using the same chart identifications this coming year should also be another great call.

The link above was the 2006 prediction that was written in Dec 21 2005 almost exactly 1 year ago today.

The chart has been erased along with hundreds of others because I folder all the charts that I post and periodically erase all posts to conserve room. Many of the old posts of the past are gone for this reason.

But what I saw when I posted this chart I still see and will again stand by the prediction of 2006 and it will be the same prediction for 2007.

The chart below will explain the 2007 prediction.

stockcharts.com

as you can see from the chart the center that was identifyed in Dec 2005 when the 2006 prediction was written is still in effect for today and as you can see the center is now in the center which means a top of significants is and should be in place for the year 2007.

Years ending in 7 is histocially the worst years in the markets for the past 100 years and from what I can see on the chart the coming year should be no different.

For the year 2007 I can see The Dow as low as 10000 which would be a 50% retracement of the rally from 2002 to 2007

Look for Highs to be in early in 2007 Jan. to March and to be lower by the end of the year finishing down for the year as much as 10 to 15%.
