Red, I liked what you said on NEM and did a little looking and sold some retail to buy some NEM today. I was like you---I had no gold either. I'm not happy with what I see on the international or domestic fronts. I'm going to hold everything else for now. I just got a contract on my former home in Richmond, and now I'm very happy that I have that contract. As of now, I'm thinking of keeping most of the proceeds in cash. And it's not that I feel I'm cash poor, I just feel that's the best thing to do right now. Of course, we don't close for a month, so who knows how I'll feel then. Sorry to be vague, but I'm getting more than a little worried. Greta
