SERGIO, I've read and studied the full 10k SEC filing. paying close attention to the independant audit report. anyone who reads it (specifically section N) and still believes me to be a liar should join Heavans Gate and Beam on up I tried to get a phone number for Research Fuels in Somerset N.J. regarding the 1.65 mill signed contract noted in the feb 97 press release. None Exists. My Nieghbor (a shareholder in GRNO) then called Spencer at MicroCap and asked several simple questions and got some strange answers. 1.Who is the contact person at Research Fuels? SPENCER: can't tell you - private company 2. How about their phone number SPENCER can't tell you private company 3. Was the $500,000.00 down payment made to GRNO as stated in the Press release? Spencer: Don't know 4. Was the delivery of the unit on time? Spencer: no My neighbor is getting nervious about this company with no phone. Who at Research fuels can confirm the press release; $500,000 paid as downpayment, and financing by Citicorp. My neighbor would like a name and phone number please. Can Anyone help? REGARDS DIVER
