Bush failed to undo 8 yrs of neglect in 8 mos. If you're implying that is what i said or meant you are wrong as usual. What I said was that junior did nothing or close to nothing to fight terrorism during his first 8 months in office. If you have any evidence which refutes this bring it on. The number of Americans killed by terrorists per year is lower during the Clinton years that during Reagan, poppy or junior's time. So when were Americans safer? Clinton specifically ordered Tenet on 3 separate occasions to kill bin Laden. That Tenet couldn't or wouldn't doesn't mean Clinton didn't try. What did junior do to get bin Laden before 9/11? I can answer that for you -- NOTHING! He wouldn't even order the Predator back into service after they armed it with the Hellfire. He even ordered the subs which had the cruise missiles out of the area around Afghanistan. So in effect you can say junior did less than nothing to get bin Laden.
