Alan - That's an emotional response to a business decision. I subscribe to CML and have yet to buy into any recommendation he makes. He certainly comes off to me as pompous, cultist, manipulative and self-serving.

On the other hand, if he has that kind of power (and there are lot's of other issues that make this stock so volatile), why would you not want to keep track of his moves. The newsletter with hotline is less than $100 a year. Call anytime and find out what he's up to. Example: He recommends sell - start tracking and be ready to buy when the stocks rockets down and then heads back up.

My guess is that's what he did.
