All artificial methods, employed to mechanically ascribe equal political power to minorities in the United States, are destructive to the majority in ways I cannot begin to count.
The worst part is that such socialist constructs lead directly to the election of idiots like Duval Patrick, Maxine Waters, John and Monica Conyers, Sheila Jackson Lee, Hank Johnson, Cynthia McKinney, Charlie Rangel, and a long list of additional radical Blacks who are as dumb as stumps.
Hell, we could as easily pretend that Koko the Gorilla has human intelligence and elect him. He could write laws via sign language communicated to his human caretakers. At least that would be amusing to watch. Instead, we've been watching the civil rights parade for near five decades, and it always has the same, horrific ending.
