US move into GSM but lacks the specialists. I am now seeking RBS Integrators and Installers for short term work in the US. The usual 'hit the deck running' people available in Europe.

But they are not to be found in the US. Customer don't have time to get H1B visa.

This is going to be the problem: There is work to be done but no people to do it. The bureaucrats are behind their times.
