Neon has been over sold on good news, it has a nice size float that can make quick gains and shorts nervous, when it hits its moving average somewhere in the upper 40s, you might see the 70s sooner than some think, Neta getting alot of news when a analyst said the law suits are slight, Neta getting to hit their moving ave soon in the low teens but it has a huge float that needs lots of volume from Investors who disregard law suits, I'am back in Neon Monday morning.
