Actually, interest income only accounted for 3 cents after taxes, not 4.5 cents. Moreover, I believe the Street estimates included consideration of interest income. Certainly I did when I posted my estimate of 17 cents (explaining that it would have been 16 cents had the secondary not raised so much money in July). In this instance, I don't have a problem including interest income as an offset to the dilutive effects of the secondary. Until the money is put to use, either take it like it is or adjust both interest income and the shares. Allen
