Ron, I had the same concern about the shares, could be emplouee options, 401K/profitsharing plan. That is one typically stated use for bought back shares, but I suggest you contact the company and ask for details. On the estimates, I've been monitering for a while, and have been surprised by the lack of upgrades. But a large EPS upwards surprise is nice at earnings release time. If EQNX comes in anywhare near the last qtr, I'm betting they will be revised upwards. One thing to keep in mind with American business practice is that executives are often given bonuses based on fiscal year end numbers. This often results in a great 4yj qtr and an off 1st - happened very predictible the years I was with Humana. Scott
