Very few African babies.
Russian babies, South American babies and babies of Asian ancestry are the preference if you look at the pattern for out of country adoption. Russian babies were some of the most expensive babies. I think you could probably see which babies were most desirable based on price paid per child.

And I don't mean this as race baiting. There is a genuine preference for babies that look like the parents. And most parents with money, looking to adopt in the US, are white.
