JSB - don't get too attached to BOCH fairly sizable dividend. There is no a whole lot more shares to serve - i think they will cut the dividend some because their net interest earnings will not expand much unless they play offense and really grown their business fast.

I still believe the capital raise is more defensive in nature and it's purpose is to shore up capital.
