Use a broker that allows you to download all your trading activity in quicken. Or just keep track of your trades by entering them into quicken yourself. Then use turbo tax to import all you trade info.

I second that. I don't know how daytraders deal with taxes otherwise.

I use Quicken 98 with eSchwab, and Ameritrade for trades I don't mind getting executed 2 hours late and 1 point worse than anyone else. Datek says Quicken support is coming soon.
