I know you do understand the situation in FL and don't think it's fair but it was amusing seeing you busting Tench on expecting government services for free. While you're not even paying your fair share of your police, schools and fire services. As an elite taxpayer for life I'm beginning to see eye to eye with those passive investors and hedge fund managers that only pay 1/2 the percent you pay in income taxes. Paying half what you pay in property taxes is pretty nice. Come to think of it your getting screwed right and left Jim. income tax and property tax. Oh well, somebody has to pick up the bill.
