chas-- thanks, just trying to make sense of a nonsensical situation<G>. on the dumping thing...you make a very good point. the psychological impact of this is much more that its real economic impact. everytime MU files charges against an asian maker the stock goes up. i guess they cant really do too much to samsung anymore since samsung is now operating their fab in austin. the announcement should be good for a few points up if it is favorable to MU. if it isnt...could go down pretty sharply. as i said, psychological impact and all. good luck to all, trey
