No need for insults liz, what isn't clear? I'm really not interested in being the latest target for your bizarre agenda.

It will be a while for us to find out whether this financing is dilutive or accretive in an earnings sense (I messed up that part of the last message). Since the shares are likely the same voting class, they will be dilutive in a voting sense. There are many aspects of dilution, and just saying the stock will be diluted is vague. The amount of the company people currently own (at least those not in the financing), or are short, will decrease (get diluted), but that's obvious and doesn't mean that the company or their holdings will be worth less (bottom line).

Many issuances of shares are initially earnings dilutive, as in mergers, but one hopes that it improves when things settle down. The tough one, as I mentioned, shares offered as a benefit.
