Marcie, The chances of an SBC/ T merger are remote IHMO because of both regulatory and management problems. In no way am I trying to rain on your parade, in fact I fully share your Bullish views on T. Gains will come in the longer term on wireless applications, entrance into local phone service markets, and a broadening of the overall Communications marketplace both here and abroad. The mid term view of stock prices in the 50's is achievable with or without the merger. Hope your right and I'm wrong, cause then we could be talking the 70's. Luck to us all. Bill
