Just got a callback from PENNY at Integrated Marketing (i.e. POKR)

It will be about 45 more days for the SEC to complete their questions and review.

Then the proxies get mailed out to shareholders of both compnaies

Then in 30 days, maybe 45, they tally the votes from both companies

Then we wait another 10 days and calculate the average close on AVIA

AVIA trades like shit....600 shares today...the fear is MM's will play with this stock and move it down.

Hopefully there is enough of a buffer so that AVIA will not be below $1.00 by the time all this happens.

80-110 days is a long time for people on SI to wait. Hopefully when POKR goes into AVIA, AVIA will be much more exciting.

PS-- there is no chance of selling your POKR stock..it has to convert.
