ASTG shareholders and Wes,

4:00 pm, October 13, 1998 has come and gone. V and Gang did not put up the $307,000 bond. therefore, the TRO is now void. Mario, Topnet, and IWIC has the right to vote, transfer, sell, etc. Now lets look at the real problem.

1. The insurance company has foreclosed on the full 41 million.
2. Sprint has sent a cure notice
3. Xecom vs. Xecom suit and Hartman vs. Xecom Suit, V has not handled.
4. Never paid the principal and interest payments
5. V kept 220 million instead of paying the trunking charges.

V is taking all of us for a ride. Management should have filed S-8 on the foreclosure.

PS - Dennis Casey, one hero, is trying to do a deal with Sprint. Screws us and goes after more of the profits.
