My experience with reverse splits is that it is a blatant maneuver against the stockholder, especially the small guys that get burned the most. I have in the past sent 2 e-mails to GATE pratically begging them to re-consider this move and warning them of the negative exposure that stays with a company like a bad hangover that won't go away. No response to my e-mails. I predict that within 6 months, they will again have at least 20-30 million shares out as they borrow against them again causing dilution to the stockholder. I'm out at my buy in price and I wouldn't touch this company until they show that they can work for the good of the people that make their livelyhood, the stockholders. This is all in my opinion, of course. brightstar
