"risk going to jail" How to prove they aren't cooperating to the fullest extent? If you can't do that, you can't put them in jail. The lawsuits are accusing the telecoms of engaging in illegal behavior. If what they are doing is legal, then they have the best possible defense. Violations of the law are handled by prosecutors not private attorneys. The lawsuits are seeking damages. I'm sure some of the attorneys talk about "law violations" but thats just trash talking that lawyers do.
