So do Murder, rape and incest. What is your stand on those issues?
Actually, they can take more than two, and they don't have to be opposite sexes, so the question is well off the topic, as you know. And burglary, fraud, and many other crimes also take two or more people.
But my stand on those issues is: murder and rape are crimes and should be punished as such. What constitutes incest varies from culture to culture, it's not as clear cut, and except for incest involving a child, which should be dealt with as would any adult-child case (except that the role of caretaker makes additional issues), I see no particular problem with it. If two adult first cousins want to go at it, so what? Or even an adult brother and sister. Not the government's business.
Of course a woman shouldn't be executed for terminating her pregnancy. What a stupid idea. |
