Here's an (IM) conversation I had with Califtalk this evening.
Subj: Report on IM Date: 98-07-17 20:35:04 EDT From: CALIFTALK To: RSKEET
CALIFTALK: Christine Some good posts on AOL to repost on SI RSKEET: Hi there,Saul I have read them and will be posting them all CALIFTALK: Did you see the fast play when the MM's tried to lower the bid and show a loss on the day and they never filled any part of my buy at 265 cents RSKEET: Sure did , didn't work. Picked up some at 38 CALIFTALK: that I had placed GTC to prevent that type of quick down movement RSKEET: Looks like things are getting tight and the mm 's are looking for shares CALIFTALK: I believe the MM's now realize they are in trouble CALIFTALK: That the shares are staying in place in the pockets of the shareholders and just wait until the certificates are issued and delivered, then all bets are off RSKEET: And there 's more trouble on the way. Word will spread that oilex is on the move. RSKEET: We are all looking forward to your meeting next week. Good luck! CALIFTALK: I now hold 3,825,000 shares after buying 65,000 shares to day at market, at prices between 37 cents and 39 cents RSKEET: What do you foresee for the week ahead? When can we expect the next press release? RSKEET: How long before the swabbers are put in place? RSKEET: Are the royalties from Austrailia still coming in? CALIFTALK: The meeting next week is vital to the new direction of Oilex. I hope that the talents and experiences of the existing management team will participate with me in setting goals and programs to make Oilex prosper and most important become positive cash flow as our number one priority, and explain what the company received from the cash raised by the debentures. It still is not clear to me so it certainly must be of concern to the shareholders. CALIFTALK: The royalties from Australia are now past due and that has to be identified to be certain that we have all the agreements studied and the terms are followed. RSKEET: Will Allan Burditt be present, and where do you see his involvement in the company? CALIFTALK: I will visit the factory of ORS and concern myself with the swabber question as the key to oil production is swabbers in the field working. Especially to determine why two units have been in for maintance for an extended period. CALIFTALK: Yes the company consultant, Allan Burditt, has been invited to give his report, and participate with his opinions RSKEET: Does Oilex still have first choice of new swabbing units ? I do not know the status of first choice at this time. CALIFTALK: Now we have a good report from our IM to share on AOL and Si. RSKEET: As always thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts to a fellow shareholder. |
