True...good point... I am just learning and sharing DD with other new investors. I trust the "old timers" won't mind, because unless you give "new" visitors good information and fast links, they may not take the time to DD and invest in your company and thereby increase the share price (or at least that's the idea)

Some people here invested a bit early and feel like they "got stuck" in the stock. That's my sense. So they are burdened with negative slants. Even a STRONG BUY rec today did not lift their spirits much.

Not to pick on anyone, but just tonight a post was made with the headline "FORM 144 FILING"

To anyone who saw that the reaction might have been "Oh my God!" and "right before the Board Meeting". Looks bad. BUT......read on...

When that poster revealed the clarified the WHOLE truth (i.e. that the INTENDED SELL will be only 2.5% of his holdings and it might occur AFTER the Board Meeting (perhaps after a sudden run-up in the stock price?), then it makes a negative either look like "no big deal" or perhaps, like a possible HUGE positive.

I mean why not register a 144 so you can at least sell a tiny portion of your stock to take quick advantage of a potential run up in the stock price. No one can blame a guy for that.

That's how fragile information can be....words must be carefully used sometimes.

Remember I have watched this company for over 9 months myself. Looks much better that it did when the stock was priced over $1.00
