In my opinion the existing management had little regard for the concerns
of shareholders, therefor I must get involved 100%.to protect my interests.

And I must have 50% plus one vote of the shares to support me
in my programs for change in the way the company has been operated
and in tracing how the debenture money was consumed.

I am being diplomatic and really want existing managment to participate
in building the future but when I am watching every move and controlling
the cash flow their interest might be lacking. The existing management
has good experience and contacts in the oil industry.

The company has potential for real success. I anticipate that the valuable
assets under Oilex ownership and control can be develped to generate
a very positive cash flow. And when the price of oil returns to the $17 per barrel
level the shareholders will be very happy and satisfied.
