Sorry to say I believe that John Schmitz's last word on this subject was that he was going to have a pre-filing meeting with the boys from FirsStates Financial Services. With John talking up the stock at every opportunity, I doubt that we would have had anything but a press release if they had actually filed. I think they are stalling, so as not to actually trigger any investigation, or disclosure on their part. (That's my sneaking suspicion.) Heaven knows they have already stalled their SEC reporting now since last June, and this application isn't even something that they have to do, other than to have the appearance that they are starting a bank.
