Jurgis, dialup with the new accelerator that is now offered by many dialup providers may be right for you. Some ISP's now include it in their price. Others charge about $5/mo for it. I have tried it on a test basis and was impressed. Web browsing is almost as fast as cable...so is e-mail. File downloading is NOT accelerated..stays the same as well as those sites where you use a secure HTTPS connection. It is great for those that basically surf the web and send e-mail....does not speed up any real time quote programs. So to save about $15-$20 a month you may want to consider it.
