CostPlusFive.com Changes Name to Better Enhance Business-to-Business Objective

BERMUDA DUNES, Calif., Mar 14, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --
CostPlusFive.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: USAV) announced today that it has
changed its name to ComputerXpress.com, Inc.

In late January, the Board of Directors met and agreed that the company needed
to turn in a new direction. At that time they also agreed to change the name of
CostPlusFive.com, Inc. and formally take the company into their primary service
area which is the business to business market.

The new name and new direction creates better harmony for the company and it's
overall business plan. "This move should make our company's objectives more
identifiable," said Frank Scivally, President. "Since CostPlusFive.com's
inception, over 70% of our sales have come from the business market.
ComputerXpress.com will continue to serve CostPlusFive.com members and will
maintain a web presence for computer sales to the general public, however, the
primary focus will be to continue to build and maintain supplier relationships
with other businesses."

Mr. Scivally stated, "All of us are excited about this change. There are so many
on-line computer stores on the Internet today, that at times you cannot tell one
from another. Therefore, going after this new vertical market segment is a
logical progression. Let's face it, individual consumers shop on-line based on
price, not service or support. Businesses are different, in that they desire to
maintain relationships with companies providing the service and support they
need, and they will keep coming back."

ComputerXpress.com, Inc. is an Internet e-commerce and "business to business"
Company, specializing in the sale of computers and computer-related equipment at
sensible prices. For more information, contact ComputerXpress.com Investor
Relations by calling Skip Nordstrom at (714) 751-7547.
