well..... back when gold hit the bottom at 252, you could buy from tulving.com 1 oz of gold for the spot price plus 2 dollars.

today... depending on the coin... its spot plus 20,30 and 40 dollars.. or some percentage of spot.. 13 to 16%

i'm hearing that dealers have recently gone from spot plus 5/6% to the higher numbers. i use tulving just to illustrate the example.
