No Monte, I saw the news thins morning and yelled out at work ("YESSSSSSSSSSSSS, about f**ing time!"). I am going nuts in side saying maybe we will really see $1 again. But then I pull the reigns in on myself and say I have been through this too many times before to get myself too excited. I re-read the PR and it said that the judge orders it to be thrown out, not that it had been thrown out. I have touched that hot stove one too many times in the past and I could feel the heat this morning. I pulled my hand back so as not to burn it again. If this is really the end of the case, when will we see the financials? I truly am psyched if this is really the end!!!!
