Tim,
It seems to me there are so much inconsistencies in your reasoning and your postings. You used to laugh at the idea that System Wizard has to go sometimes on the Internet to retrieve the latest solutions / patches. But now you hail Cybermedia First Aid as a technological breakthrough because it can go on the Internet and update its knowledge base. It goes to say that when you want to degrade a company/product, you will twist around any fact to suit your purpose. I think you should be a lawyer instead of an engineer. You haven't even seen what System Wiz can do, and neither do I. All your trashing about System Wiz and its capabilities is not based on any serious technical evaluation but based solely on the fact that it is made by SystemSoft, a company you hate. You used to laugh also at the fact that SystemSoft has alliance with Wang, Dec, Lotus, Logic Operations, all big names in the computer servicing industry, but not big names in PC manufacturing. Of course if it Phoenix Tech who signed up those deals, you would probably call that a major coup.
Tim, I used to have much more respect for you but not anymore.
