Midland has a buy on Trillion but that could be influenced by the fact that they did some financing for them in recent history, they do go on and on about quality of management, though.

Re el Ni¤o; On the BC coast a strong el Ni¤o can bring a drier winter, if it goes that way, the North will be colder and drier as the Arctic air is flowing generally south or southeast. I think. Walt would have a better idea. Anyway, ice conditions do matter, very much.
