Morgan Stanley DWD downgrades, cuts $0.74 '97 EPS estimate to $0.70, $1.40 '98 to $1.10. " ------------------- I don't quite get it! I'm not in RAIN right now, but how can Morgan Stanley say 0.70 for '97 when you add up the past earnings of .16, 0.17, 0.21 and now something like 0.23 or 0.24. That adds up to 0.77 or 0.78 not 0.70 like Morgan Stanley says. Am I missing something like a charge to RAIN's earnings in a previous quarter. Maybe that's it and Morgan Stanley is including the charge. Can anyone explain!? If they are not including a charge then Morgan Stanley is saying that they do not believe a thing RAIN says. Confused Roger
