Actually, there are subtle differences between BB stocks and OTC stocks (which I believe are pink sheet stocks). Naxos is currently trading OTC as NAXOF but is not a BB stock, although we all wish it was on the BB because BB stocks can be traded electronically while true OTC pink sheet stocks cannot.
