"This is the guy who postponed prosecuting Democratic pols caught in a major corruption case till after an election." Got any proof that he was delaying? It looks like the Republicans were pressuring him to rush the investigation for political reasons. In addition, the DOJ has a policy, or at least had, of not handing down indictments right before an election because that inserted themselves into the political process.
