Joe: It looks like Andy Proctor's "anti-dilution" clause is working again to keep his position at the same value as it was in 1996, no matter how far the stock price drops. NOW, JOE, it was YOU and JOE V. who made the deal for some small amount of money--then--and gave away the store. Don't blame anyone but yourself for the chickens coming home to roost now. The only good thing is maybe Andy Proctor will gain complete control of this company and kick everyone out. Wes PS: You god damned right I feel the knife. You and JV have been hand in glove in giving it to us all for a long time. You two are like peas in a pod.
