OT Not finding an occasional ticker or getting a bad quote is just one amongst many system problems harassing ET. Possibly they have been losing too much blood over the last couple of years. Here is a very recent experience: we recently moved, promptly updated addresses online and even had an ET rep verify it. But our records are still being sent to the old address. When we talk to their rep, we are told that they have checked everything and we shouldn't be having this problem. I had to practically apologize for causing them this trouble! Then the same thing happened to the next statement...
