RANGO, to answer your original question if I knew how to determine when a stock had hit bottom I could quit my day job and live off my investments. I was surprised to see PARL fall as low as 2 1/2 but the stock market continues to surprise me. I think that the low price of the stock represents uncertainty on the part of investors about the future, after the next quarters results are released and the details of the restructuring are announced there will be less uncertainty, and if there is no more bad news I would expect the stock to recover somewhat. Of course there could always be bad news. In the short term the price has been hit hard by investors who want to get out dumping large blocks of stock, if there are more large blocks to dump the price would go lower, if the last large block has been dumped I would expect the price to go higher. Has the last large block of stock been dumped? Your guess is as good as mine.
