I was told about the tendency for alpha particles to show up in a palladium lattice in deuteriums in 1968. Nobody could figure it out then and no one can today it appears.

The universe will be an eternal mystery.

I think the academics, whatever their standoffishness are just plotting to get fair pay for their intellectual property. That is another equation that is tres difficile to solve.
