I wished you luck with your strategy. Gold may go down at times, but this is the worst financial crisis since 1929 and gold hasn't even gotten halfway to it's 1982 high of $820 in inflation adjusted dollars. I'm betting it still has a long way to run.

You know Chris, just as its possible to be too bullish, its also possible to be too bearish. I think this financial crisis is more in line with what happened in 1990 with the banks than with 1929. In any case, if this is 1929, I am not sure gold is the better place to hide your money because I think nothing will be safe from devaluation.
