To All: Now that the kangaroo court has been adjourned and the baiting of MSFT by judge and plaintiffs has ceased (at least in public) and now that we enter into the law phase of this trial please read MSFT's rebuttal to NY State as plaintiff and see what decisions are (or at least should be) based on, case law and precedent not courtroom histrionics. Read it and see how the law works. If this thing is forced to the Appeals Court it will be DOA: microsoft.com JFD
