rydex and proshares not affected by shorting rules.... i.e. they use other methods... of course until those are banned as well.

i believe the law says..... monopoly practices and/or conspiracy to hinder equal and fair trade are against the laws of the land.

...the land we used to know.

bribery also used to be illegal.
