Ron,

If this was 1994, then yes Diver would be totally justified in making his "points". However, you know and I know that these lawsuits existed because GRNO closed its doors after DEHC screwed them over. This is old news and if you think that a development company that has been through what GRNO has been through over the past two years should come out squeaky-clean, I think that you are expecting just a little too much.
